By booking an appointment with Joint Venture Physiotherapy Clinic, you agree to the terms outlined below. We are committed to delivering safe, effective, and professional physiotherapy services. All treatment is based on clinical assessment and professional judgment.
If you would like a chaperone during your session, you are welcome to bring a friend or family member to accompany you. Please speak to your physiotherapist if you have any questions or concerns.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept card and cash payments as standard. Bank transfers may be accepted in exceptional cases with prior arrangement.
For treatment packages or block bookings, full payment must be made in advance unless agreed otherwise. Invoices can be provided on request and must be settled within 7 days. Late or non-payment may result in the cancellation of future appointments.
Private Health Insurance
If you are using private health insurance, you must obtain a valid pre-authorisation code and confirm your policy allowance with your insurer before starting treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure insurance cover is in place and to provide all necessary documentation prior to your first appointment.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require you to please contact us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please call or email and leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no shows may be charged 50% of the appointment fee.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your session, and a 50% charge may still apply.
